How do I place an order?

Before making a purchase, kindly reach out to us on Instagram, and await confirmation to prevent any order cancellations or delays. This precaution is necessary due to the high order volume.

*Orders confirmed before 5 pm will be shipped the following morning.

1. Full name and address.

2. Measurements for both hands
Right Hand: Pinky, Right, Middle, Index ,Thumb
Left Hand: Pinky, Ring, Midle, Index, Thumb

3. Send us the following:
Nail length + Shape
Nail Style
Base Colour (this applies to French & Ombre, etc.)
Picture of the nails

Styles such as theme, DO NOT require base colour.

How To Order One Colour Set

To order a single-color set, add both the shape and length to your cart along with your preferred colour.

This will amount to a total of £10/£15

How To Order Freestyle Set

If you prefer a specific set but wish to alter certain aspects like color, shape, or length, please order the "Explorer" option. Contact us with a message detailing your desired changes.

Feel free to request changes to the skin tone of individuals in images by providing us with the necessary information or even sending a photo for reference.

Refunds & Exchanges

We DO NOT provide refunds or exchanges for any press-on nails. Since some sets are customised, they may not suit everyone's preferences. Additionally, individual finger sizes vary, so what fits one person may not fit another. Therefore, we are unable to resell returned items.

FAQ

  • 1. How long does a set last?

    Prepare the nail properly and apply the correct amount of glue for a set that can last up to three weeks. If any nails come off, simply reattach them with a bit of glue and continue enjoying your set.

  • 2. How long does it take to prepare my nails?

    Each set varies in size and style. Longer nails demand more time due to the larger surface area to work on. Specifically, intricate designs may extend the completion time to 3-4 hours.

  • 3. What happens if I break a nail or a few nails?

    Feel free to reach out to us, and we will provide you with a price based on the set you have purchased.

  • 4. What does a confirmed order mean?

    We have responded to your message and processed your order. Please DO NOT make any payment until your order has been approved to avoid cancellation.

  • 5. Can I order an urgent set?

    Yes, you can. However, you will be charged an extra £10 on top of your set. For urgent orders, kindly reach out to us. Urgent orders will be fulfilled on the same day and dispatched the following morning.

  • 6. Are nail tabs suitable for everyday use?

    It all hinges on the duration you intend to keep your nails adorned. When applied properly, nail tabs can endure for an extended period. We suggest using nail tabs primarily for events due to their easy removal, particularly suitable for situations where quick removal is necessary, such as returning to work promptly the next day.

  • 7. How do I know how much glue to put on?

    If you want your nails to last for weeks we suggest you use the glue provided. Follow steps 8 and 9 for application. If in doubt about the amount of glue to apply, check our highlights (Instagram) for guidance. You can also watch a video demonstrating the process.

  • 8. Long-Lasting Wear

    Apply 2-3 drops and spread it evenly across the entire nail surface. Proper application can keep your press-on set intact for several weeks. (For a firmer grip, consider applying glue to both your natural nails and the press-on nails.)

  • 9. Short-Term Wear

    If you prefer your nails to last a few days, use 1-2 smaller drops and apply them vertically in the middle only. This method makes it easier for the nails to lift from the sides when removing them.
